Executive Coaching

Leaders who are truly interested in change, in creating greater self-awareness, in addressing blind spots to get better results, know that one of the most effective ways to do that is through coaching. Some of the most successful organizations in the world – large or small – recognize the value of ensuring that their top leaders have the support they need to continue to grow and develop as the capabilities needed to grow their companies changes over time

Executive coaching could include using assessment tools, feedback from peers and direct reports, or coach observations in group meetings. Coaching engagements are most commonly 6-12 months in duration, with regular phone/video-conferencing each month, coupled with in-person meetings as determined in advance.

We can schedule a brief introductory call to ensure that our approach works for you and you have an opportunity to better understand the value that you are expecting to gain from coaching.

Management Coaching

Front-line and mid-level managers can make or break an organization's business based on their ability to drive results and retain their top talent.   We have found that combining training for managers on coaching skills, coupled with individual coaching can be a powerful way to build the coaching capability and capacity of your key managers.

We offer a structured program for Management Development and can add a customized coaching strategy linked to your organization’s priorities. Coaching for new managers can be especially impactful when you need an inexperienced manager to connect quickly with their team and achieve results.

Coaching for managers is typically 4-6 months in duration, and specific topics for effective management can be determined in advance to drive the coaching engagement.

Social Impact Coaching

Do you want to make a difference in your community, in the world, but don’t know where to start?

Are you disheartened by the divisiveness in the US? Are you overwhelmed by all of the important issues facing our world today?

Do you worry about the future of the earth? Your children? The dwindling economic opportunities in your community? Closing the gender gap?

Do you want to be part of the solution - - beyond just donating money to the next cause?

You are not alone.

We have helped hundreds of executives and managers gain clarity about their important work in the context of their business, their organizational goals, and their lives. If you answered “yes” to the questions above, then we are offering you a select program with the same, proven method we have used with to help you:

  • gain clarity about what is most important to you,

  • make an impact on the issues you are most concerned about,

  • come up with a manageable plan of action that gives you forward motion but doesn’t take over your life, and

  • have the support and personalized feedback you need along the way.

Sales Enablement Coaching

Coaching can improve your organization’s ability to set goals and achieve significant results by helping employees identify and take advantage of their natural strengths.

According to the Association for Talent Development 80% of those who have received coaching report positive impacts in areas such as work performance, communication skills, productivity, well-being and business management strategies. Adding a coaching component to your Sales Training Program can provide critical support for your sales executives.

Sales Enablement Coaching generally follows a training program to develop core competencies. Our coaching program in this area most effectively accompanies a sales training process that is consultative in nature (such as Consultative Sales Skills or The Challenger™ Selling Model).

Coaching may include assessments, manager feedback, and additional content to support the training process. Coaching engagements are most commonly 6-12 months in duration, with regular phone/video-conferencing each month, coupled with in-person meetings as determined in advance.

Jennifer’s coaching changed my life. It was actually in a coaching session that I realized, I’m fundamentally headed in the wrong professional direction. She was there to support me whatever direction I chose—but her consistent, provocative questions, and patience, let me find my path. Within a week I started working in a new direction and haven’t looked back.
